Nothing here is new to you.
You just haven't been asked.
Thirty days of the questions you have been avoiding, asked by the free AI already on your phone. Six areas of a life. No subscription, no course login, no guru — just you, the right questions, and fifteen to thirty minutes a day.
Launch price: $17, or $12 with code BEGIN through Sunday, September 6, 2026.
“Why do you believe being useful is the price of being allowed to stay?”
Day 01 · The Invisible Script
That is the level this works at. The free AI already on your phone can ask you that — and then keep asking until you answer honestly. Almost nobody uses it that way. Most people use AI to write emails.
Each of the thirty days gives you one carefully built prompt, The Ask, that you paste into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. It opens a real session. It asks you something specific, reflects your answer back, and asks again. It never supplies the conclusion, because the conclusion was never its to supply.
A script can run your whole life as long as it stays in the dark. Drag it into the light and it has to defend itself.

Where You Stand
Before anything changes, you have to look at where you actually are. Rate the same six areas honestly — no right answers, only honest ones. Two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved or sent. You will finish knowing which area your work begins in, and the workbook sends you back to it on Day 15 and Day 30 so you can see what actually moved.
The essays
One essay a week on Substack, working through the same six areas one honest question at a time — written by someone who needed this material first. Free to read, free to subscribe.
I built this at the bottom
In October of 2024 the job I had held for over eleven years ended — Assistant Food Service Manager, thirty-three dollars an hour, and the only income my family had. What followed was eighteen months of temp work, gig work, and applications that went unanswered. Two evictions. The car. The savings. The retirement.
One night, out of answers, I opened an AI chat and did not ask it a question. I dumped everything I was carrying into it. What came back stopped me cold — not because it had answers, but because it asked me things I had never thought to ask myself. Not one of those answers came from the machine. Every one of them came out of me. Nobody had ever asked.
